“Attending the CRTC is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It prepared me for what was to come in cosmetology school and gave me some insight into the massive hair industry. Although I didn’t know much about doing hair when I began, I pushed myself to do the best I could! I currently reside in San Diego and work in a Paul Mitchell focused salon and I’ve never been happier to find a career that I truly enjoy. Much of what I have learned from the program, I continue to use in my work.”

“I choose to attend CRTC because I wanted to get a head start toward earning my fire science degree. My favorite part of the CRTC was that I got the chance to meet new friends and instructors, and got prepared to apply for a fire department right out of high school. “

“The Teacher Prep Program gave me the opportunity to learn skills that I needed to be successful as a teacher. I Participated in the Dual enrollment Program which gave me a head start on my postsecondary education and led to my employment as a Lead Teacher for First Start Children’s Center.”
Currently:
Lead Teacher for First Start Children’s Center
“The CRTC Auto Tech program taught me some basics and gave me some real world experience as an intern at a dealership, where 13 years later I am now the service manager. I’d advise any student considering a CRTC program to go for it… Then you’ll find out if it’s really something you would like to pursue as a career.”
“Mr. Mungovan’s Graphic Design & Creative Media class laid the foundation for my interest in a creative career. His teaching techniques taught me in a way where I could learn at my own pace and receive the attention I needed to excel. The Graphic Arts program not only helped improve my skills in graphic design, it also taught me how to collaborate, critique, and keep working harder. I am in advertising now, and Mr. Mungovan’s awesome class helped me realize that this is where I want to be!”
