Program Highlights
In our Education & Behavioral Science program you will:
- Gain a foundational understanding of teaching and psychology and the interconnectedness of the two career pathways
- Observe children and assist in classroom settings
- Choose one career pathway to focus on during the second year of the program:
- Behavioral Science students have access to work-based learning in sites like Riverbend and the NH Hospital
- Education students complete their work-based learning in early childhood, elementary, middle or high school classrooms
- Earn up to 19 college credits through NHTI’s Early College program
- Experience quality guest speakers from the education and behavioral science fields
- Have the opportunity to participate in the iTEACH apprenticeship program

BS, Keene State, Elementary Ed K-8 and Special Ed K-12; MS, New England College Curriculum & Instruction; Dissertation: Social and Emotional Competence and its Relationship to Academic Achievement

President of Educators Rising NH, love to read, take tap classes, and visit the beach
